I called this morning to schedule an appointment. I have been having severe pains over the weekend and vomiting this morning. I spoke with Kelly. I asked if they were accepting new patients and she told me yes, pending I have insurance. I informed her that I do then she proceeded to tell me that they are booking quite a ways out and not sure if they can help. She was very rude and I felt like she was pushing me off. I have great insurance (BTW I work for an insurance co and understand what's good vs. what's not)- not sure if that was her concern??? Whatever the reason may be, I will not be seeing a provider at this practice. Please re-evaluate your staff on the front line.
