I went in today and got three haircuts. One for me and one each for my two kids. The lady who cut my older son Niks hair did a great job. The girl who cut my younger son's hair did a good job considering he was moving around so much and crying. I am disappointed with my haircut. I have never been more dissatisfied. For one, she cut my hair when it was completely dry. When it was done it still looked horrible. Also she made a comment along the lines of, "There's a shampoo you can use to get this really ugly color out." Never use a comb or scissors on dry hair and never insult a customer!

I went to get a hair cut from the stylist that i only trust with my hair. And the manager that was working on 12/9/2017. .came over took the sheers from my stylist and just started cutting away at my hair. Being very rough and scolded my stylist infrom of me and the other customers. Saying there is a hour wait. Im sorry but i have thick curly hair and tender headed. I want a quality cut not a get in get out cut. It was the worst experience i have had and dont agree with scolding a employee infront of others. Very non professional
