The dr's and staff are very caring you ALL do a wonderful job thank you for the time you spend really PUTTING FORTH EFFORT and not just rushing your patients through but listening ,caring,and getting to know your patients and there needs you have givin me ANWERS AND GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MEDICAL PROBLEMS I HAVE FACED FOR YEARS WITH NO ANSWERS .THANKS TO YOU I FINALLY KNOW ...thank you for the WONDERFUL CARE!!!❤❤
They have a psychiatrist there that is HORRIBLE, horrible doesnt even describe her. She should NEVER work with children. The office manager Jim is horrible too. He has no concern whats so ever about the experience that we had there with her. We literally walked out in the middle of my sons session.
I was at work on may 15 2017 i ledt work early amd went to the e.r. at the mercy hospital just looking to get some antibiotics for a tooth infection because my dentist in illinois coukdnt see me till june 16th so i was miserable the e.r. doc told me about the clinic and that it was cheap so i made a appt for the 24th of may today on the 16th of may i was happy that i was able to be seen next week i was at work and it started throbbing i calles the clinic and told them of my trouble they put me on a brief hold and came back to ask me if i coukd be there today a.s.a.p.i left my house at 1:45 i was seen pretty much as soon as i walked in they nummed me uo and pulled my bad tooth for $50 every were else wanted between $120&200......the staff was spectacular i was able to hear the doctor interact with 1 little girl who was 3.....
Most of the doctors are friendly and compassionate about your care.
He spent the time with her and made her very comfortable the whole staff was very very polite and caring so when it was my turn he was very polite asked alot of questions and mads sure i was 100%numb this place is very good bad tooth was out within a few min of hi. Starting to pull it even after it broke off flush with my gums he still got it out i am going back for more treatment....cavitys and such ut i highly recomend this dentist thry only have 1 onsite but he was very prompt considering i had just made a appt today
The Dentist is very caring and takes his time with you. I am hard to numb. So it took over an hour to numb me. He was very patient
