The man that came was very nice, but he was here five minutes and I paid $165. They charged me $46 for the part that can be found online for 14.99. If you want to be robbed choose roettering appliance. When I called to question the bill, the secretary immediately became defensive even though I started off very pleasant. I wish I could make $150 every five minutes. I couldn't make that with two masters teaching.
