Not only did they charge exhorbitantly high prices to clean a single pair of slacks, not only did they take three days to clean them, not only did they miss the (obvious) stain I sent in for cleaning, after recleaning my slacks, they completely discolored them! Even worse, the cashier/operator/whoever couldn't be any less bothered! I asked her if I still had to pay for my ruined pants, she shrugged and said "yep, you put the stain there." Will NEVER use these cleaners again. Don't bother coming here, there are plenty of other (cheaper) cleaners in the Washington area.
I don't use a dry cleaner a lot, but I have found VIP to be most helpful and professional. Prices are reasonable and service is prompt. I recommend VIP without reservation!
