So far, I have dealt with snotty women who want to transfer me before knowing where to transfer me on the phone, being transferred to the wrong place, being on hold for 45 minutes, being unable to leave a voice mail by pressing option 2 because their phone system is not set up properly. I have no idea how knowledgeable their actual staff is, because I haven't gotten that far. I would never do business with any other company that operated in such a way.
The owner Jeff Serafin does not pay his bills. I worked for him mowing his lawn for 12 years and when he moved he refused to pay the $1000 dollars he owed my wife and I. So feel free to not pay him as this how he does business.
