Overall it was a positive experience and the owner was very nice!
There was plenty of parking in the driveway for our two cars, motorcycle, and RV. The outdoor living space was amazing and peaceful. The huge washer and dryer could handle all of the laundry we had throughout the week!
The main issues were the pool, Wi-Fi, and slippery front porch. The pool was a greenish-blue color when we arrived and we could not use it right away. The owner did take care of this issue by coming by daily to maintain it, but it took several days to clear up. The Wi-Fi also did not work right away, but the owner took steps to have it fixed and it was working the next day. The concrete front porch is pretty slick. It rained one day and one of the adults slipped and fell stepping up to the porch. One of the children slipped and lost their footing in dry conditions.
The projector in the basement was awesome to put on movies for the kids. Luckily we had someone in our party who could figure out how to use it... instructions would have been very helpful for those who are less tech-savvy.

There was plenty of room for our party of 15. We rented the property for a family vacation made up of 8 adults and 7 kids. There was enough room for each family to get their own bedroom and enough bathrooms that no one needed to wait for a toilet or shower. The kitchen/dining areas were large enough that no one was left out at meal time. We needed to buy a few cooking tools so we could cook meals for 15. There was also a lot of left over condiments in the refrigerator (some that were very old). There was also two refrigerators to use for all the groceries we needed to buy.
I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars due to the owner taking care of future pool issues by changing their policy on privacy. I would have given this a 5-star rating, but there were other minor things that kept me from "loving" it - outdated TV in the main living room that didn't have an HDMI port to hook up our game system to, slightly dirty toilets, and some furniture that seemed close to breaking.
