I have been going to Joe's for years. I the staff is always awesome and the food is top quality. The taste is amazing. The pricing is perfect. I can no longer go to Subway - why pay 25% more at subway and get less food with little flavor? I can't say enough positive about Joe's.
They serve bakery items and an incredible lunch. This is the best place to get a sandwich in Washington. When you are done with the sandwich, you can go back and look at their desserts. They probably have at least 10 kinds of specialty desserts, not including the numerous normal bakery stuff like cookies. It is extremely casual. You order at the register, sit down, and then later go back to the register to pick up your order. When you finish your meal, you bus your own table (like you do at Bread Co.).
Joe's is great, always fresh baked bread, amazing cookies/desserts, giant sandwiches and yummy soups!
Joe's is the best place to get a sandwich in Franklin county and possibly the best in Missouri. The desserts are all hand made and the portions are large. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with any menu questions. Joe's bakery rocks!!!!
