I live in Pensacola Florida which is like 800 miles from this dealership so needless to say I was very skeptical about doing business so far away. I started talking to Zack Young about the truck I wanted and every conversation we had was always pleasing!! When we agreed on everything I went to my local bank and picked up a check to go buy this truck. All 800 miles to the dealership all I could think about is what is going to go wrong, something negative has got to happen with this deal, it's just my luck! Anyway I got to the dealership early the next morning and Zack had everything ready to go! Every detail was done, he even took my truck over to get a software update installed which we never even discussed but it was something he caught and handled it so I didn't have to! Truck was clean and paperwork was ready! I was in and out with my new truck in less than 30 minutes! Sorry for rambling on but this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! When I get ready for something else I can assure you Schicker will be my first choice to turn to! Oh yeah forgot to mention I honestly saved about $2500 by doing business with Zack and Schicker, so yeah I'll drive 800 miles again for a deal like that! Anyone interested in buying a new car really should give them a call I honestly believe that you won't regret it!
Shocker service dept. Was great to work with... I had problem late in the day and they got it in the shop, diagnosed the problem, came out and explained the repair to me. They got me out all repaired before closing time... I was happy....
Kirk was extremely helpful during my experience buying my first car. He went above and beyond in understanding what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. Even the day I picked up the car he made changes that he didn't need to in order to make me more comfortable with my purchase. It was all in all a great experience!
Kerry is an awesome sales person. I have been with another dealer for over 20 yrs. Kerry also worked at this dealership and I had delt with him in the past. After Kerry left I did not feel the same compassion from other sales men. Kerry always has your best interest in mind and will always go up and beyond for his customers. Kerry makes you feel like family. I hope to work with him in the future.
