Just another dealer who will go out of there way to lowball a trade in. Was insulted w their first offer. 3700 under what the trade w as worth, 2nd wasn't any better..
We have purchased all our vehicles here for years. The sales staff is great. They are informative and in no ways pushy. They work hard to find what you want. The service department is beyond helpful. We drive past many other Toyota dealers to have our vehicles serviced here. We have tried much closer service departments and have always made the drive out to Washington for Straatmann's superior service. They have always been extremely helpful and honest. I like they make a point to get to know us by name. Mike, Jeff and especially Mark in the service department are always great to work with. I would highly recommend them!
5 Stars all the way for Straatmann Toyota! The truck I wanted is rare and hard to find. Even though I was unwilling to compromise, Mike Ide never gave up on me. He kept looking till he found exactly what I wanted. Not only did Mike find my truck, Straatmann's even gave me an awesome deal on it!
We purchased our Toyota Highlander last year and are very satisfied with our purchase. This is our second purchase from Straatmann and it was the same experience. Fair and painless. In and out in around 2 hours. To be fair, we did our homework before we went and knew where we wanted to be in pricing and options. We came back to Straatman after a 7 hour ordeal at another dealership in St. Peters and a snobby experience off Manchester. We will be back!
