Came in foir an oil change. Found the employees to be rather interesting. Mike and Jared worked on the oil change but didn't seem to want to do the battery test they were asked to do. Seems like they don't comprehend that we can here everything they say lol... I will say that Eugine was fantastic. They eventually did the test and found my problem. Overall they seem to know what they are doing.
What a joke. I called about safety inspections and emissions. He stated that the computer has been down since yesterday and they couldn't do the inspections. I asked if he had a timeline when they would be back up and running. He just laughed and said he hasn't even called them yet. I get that computers go down but have a better answer then you have not even called yet. I am guessing he hates state inspections.
Always fast service, they follow their pledge well!
