I've been going to Unnerstall Tires for 18+ years, 3 vehicles and I have never received such wonderful service anywhere else! Tom, Keith and Staff are the best! They've helped me so may times I lost count. Their customer service is also top notch and prices are great! Thanks again for taking such great care of my vehicles :)
A great local small business, everyone there is very friendly and honest. You can drop off your vehicle and know it will get the best service for the problems that actually need fixing. Service is also very fast! Buy your tires from these guys and you get free tire rotation as long as you have the tires. It is a great feeling to be able to give my business to this local, small business instead of a large chain.
The Williams family, everyone in are family has had there vehicle's serviced here for many many years. Keith and Tom, owners are friendly welcoming and genuinely all around good guys, they're always upfront fair and honest and do excellent work.
I only needed them to put tires on my truck which they did, so congrats 2 stars. A month later one of my tires went flat and I had to change it in a parking lot. This is when I realized that they replaced all of my lug nuts with cosmetic upgrades... (why?) The new Nuts were not the same size and I couldn't change my tire because I now didn't have the right tool. When I looked back at my receipt I noticed a "fee" which paid for these Inconvienent lugnuts that I never asked for. Glad to see hometown mechanics still taking advantage of women.

Came in with a flat tire 30 minutes before closing; needing new tires anyway they got me right in and fixed me up with what I needed. Thanks guys!!!
