I've been seeing Dr. Walde for 12 years since I moved back to Washington Missouri. I've been very pleased with every visit. I am always seen in a timely manner and he is courteous and does very good work. Everyone in his office is friendly and helpful. In addition, he is honest and only does the work necessary. I recommend him!!
The entire office is professional, efficient, skilled as well as accommodating and always friendly - a refreshing combination.
Without a doubt the best dental experience I have ever had. Each visit I am taken care of promptly and with extreme professionalism. The staff is friendly, proficient, and not to mention timely. Would absolutely dread having to find another dentist after my experience here. I don't see how anyone else could compete. Way to go Dr. Walde and staff. Will recommend this dentist to everyone I know.
I tried Dr. Walde for the first time this spring because I wasn't happy paying out of network costs at my previous dentist. Sometimes it is better to just pay for a better experience and results. I needed a crown done and in all three of my visits check-up, prep-work, & final crown, he only actually did the work of the prep. Someone, not even a dentist put the final crown on - which is supposed to be a simple matter of slipping it on and cementing, right? Not here, it took an hour or more of pushing and sawing (literally with a blade) between two teeth and more shoving and pushing until after 45 minutes of the "help" doing the pushing and shoving, finally Dr. Walde deigned to "show up". After another 15-20 minutes of him pushing and sawing - I ached from my shoulders to the top of my head. To say the least it was PAINFUL physically and emotionally. Not once did he apologize for the difficulties or say one word of encouragement. He actually made me feel like it was my fault and he was annoyed that he had to spend so much time on me. To add insult to injury he actually sent me a bill for the last $22 of an $800 crown. DON'T GO!
I've been going to Dr. Walde's office for almost a year now. Prior to that I had been seeing the same dentist since I was a child (over 30 years). I've been nothing but pleased from the first moment I walked in the door. I've had routine cleanings as well as a tooth pulled and a bridge made for me. Dr. Walde and the entire staff have always been pleasant and very accommodating. They've gone out of their way to see to it that I have been as comfortable as possible every step of the way. With that being said.....I wish I would have switched to Dr. Walde a very very long time ago. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family.
