Dr. Walde and Dr. Miller provide excellent care for their patients. They both grew up in Washington and really care for their patients and community. I highly recommend their practice.
I like Walde Miller, however each appointment can last rather long simply because the staff likes to chat. For example, as I'm getting new wires put on, the lady working on my teeth stops, turns around and says "Where do you all want to go to lunch today?" and they all stop to reply back.
The women at the front desk are very rude. I believe that when you are in customer service, a smile goes a long way. Or even a "How are you." for that matter. Patients seem to be an inconvenience to the ladies out front. It's sad that my daughter hates to go there because of them. They are your offices first impression.
Dr. Walde does great work and if it wasn't for him, we would definitely be getting treated somewhere else.
