A person never wants to utilize an urgent care but sometimes you have to. My family has visited this facility a few times. Each visit the staff was very nice, patient, and caring. In and out quickly and nice seeing a physician! Thank you for moving into the area!
I was very pleased to have been referred here. The receptionist was very helpful and kind when I brought my son in. The wait was short but it didn't seem that anyone was being rushed. When we saw Dr. Farrell, he was kind and courteous and made my son feel comfortable. We will be coming back here from now on for the rest of my family. Thank you to everyone there for a wonderful first visit!
I don't have health insurance but had an infection and needed medical care so I went here. Got in super fast and everyone was SO nice. The doctor I saw was so wonderful he really made me feel comfortable. I have anxiety about doctors offices but he made me feel much better. Got me taken care of and even called to check up on me. I love this urgent care!
We were out of town and our five year old ended up needing stitches. We had THE BEST doctor and an amazing nurse as well. I would highly recommend using this urgent care. Dr. Farrell was wonderful!!
Your staff was very professional and pleasant. My injury was not life threatening, but I was treated as if I were the only patient there. I would encourage anyone who lives in this area to choose Our Urgent Care over any other facility in the region. You have the best doctors and staff anywhere.
