Great place! Super comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, great breakfast, very accommodating hosts. One of our party is gluten free, so the hosts went to the extra trouble to provide gluten free breakfast options. If you don't like what they are serving, there are so many options provided such as fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, various cereals, yogurt even toaster pastries.
We were pleasantly suprised to find we also got a full breakfast including homemade sausage. Every breakfast was much more than we could eat. And sitting down together was like eating at home.
The gal who manages this BnB was so sweet! The breakfast was really amazing! Bed was comfy - house was homey. Overall, a great experience!

MORE than 5 stars!! We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfy. Bridgette is wonderful! Very accommodating, sweet, and friendly. I especially loved the atmosphere. So much thought and love are put into every detail from decorations to security to providing toiletries you may have forgotten or need. Delicious breakfast, too. We'll be back!
This place can be difficult to find at night, but that's the closest I can come to a complaint. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
One of my first concerns upon checking into a bed and breakfast is a convenient outlet or two to charge my phone. This place has a multi-outlet surge suppressor with 2 USB ports right on the night stand. Way above and beyond what I would need.
Bridgette and David were great. The rooms were very comfortable, and come well equipped with a mini fridge and coffee maker and private bath with a claw foot bath. Even bath salts if a person so desired.
I highly recommend a stay here if you are going to the Washington, MO area.
I rented the whole house to accommodate my family coming in from out of state to attend my sons wedding. I wanted to have a more home like atmosphere then a hotel. It was great sitting on the front porch to visit. We were within easy walking distance of the scenic downtown shopping and riverfront.
