Well I don't usually do this and I know one bad experience doesn't represent the quality of a business, but I ordered some 2 boxes of homemade chips and they did not allow them to cool long enough before placing them in the to-go box, causing them to fuse to a melting styrofoam box! No big deal right? Well I thought it would be an easy fix and they would just offer to replace them. I messaged them twice and provided pictures of the chips as proof and although it appeared they read my messages and were online they straight up ignored me. I'm pretty disappointed because I used to love Bigboys :( what happened? I want justice for my chips!

Nice place to eat for a quick bite. I personally like their subs the best, the steak and cheese, prime rib, and rebel yell are my favorites.
The food is amazing!!! The amount of scrumptious food you get is worth every penny. The staff is amazing, Big Boys knocked it out of the park. Very reasonable prices, this is going to be a regular place i go to eat. Try and you'll be hooked, don't forget your basket of cheesy bacon fries.
